Shohei Sano has experience in business management, new business PM, and content planning and development manager for a major video rental chain, and is mainly involved in accounting, tax, human resources, and logistics system construction management.
He has been involved in music and film project management for 25 years. He supports creators, mainly in the business aspects of film and music production. He obtained his MBA in 2020 and continues to manage film production work projects.
In April 2023, he founded TOYKO ROCK STUDIO Co., Ltd., which undertakes production accounting and overseas production, and became a director. While working on international joint planning and production, he was appointed executive producer of the overseas content project team in the management planning department of UNITED PRODUCTIONS Co., Ltd. in February 2025.

音楽、映画のプロジェクト管理に関わること25年。映画や音楽制作の主にビジネス面において、クリエイターをサポート。2020年MBAを取得、映像作品のプロジェクトマネジメントを続けている。
2023年４月制作経理と海外プロダクションの制作を請け負うTOYKO ROCK STUDIO株式会社設立、取締役に就任。国際共同企画制作に取り組む傍ら、2025年2月、株式会社UNITED PRODUCTIONS 経営企画室海外コンテンツプロジェクトチームエグゼクティブプロデューサーに就任。
